If the door is part-open and you can do it safely from the ground, leave it alone and wait. Never put your hands near a spring, cable or the bottom bracket, and keep children and pets out of the garage until we arrive.

On site the technician tests the door under power and by hand, checks the springs, cables, track alignment and opener, then quotes one fixed price before touching a spanner. The price covers parts and labour, so it will not move once work begins. There is no call-out fee whether you go ahead or decide to think about it.

Repaired, tested and warranted the same visit

Most repairs finish in the same visit because the vans carry torsion springs, cables, rollers, remotes and common opener boards. Once the part is in we re-balance the door, reset the opener travel and force limits, test the safety reversal and run the door through several full cycles with you watching. Parts and workmanship carry a 12-month warranty.
