We are a repair business. We do not manufacture doors, and we do not take on new-build installations where there is no existing door. If your opener has died we will replace the opener; if a panel is damaged we will replace the panel; if the whole door is beyond economical repair we will tell you honestly and point you to someone who fits new doors — we would rather say that than charge you to find out.

A real technician answers the phone, not a call centre. Describe what the door is doing and what you heard when it stopped, and we will tell you the likely cause before we leave the depot. We dispatch from Morley and give you an arrival window you can plan around, not a vague all-day wait. Most jobs booked before early afternoon are attended the same day, and we ring ahead when the van is roughly twenty minutes out. If a genuine same-day slot is not possible we say so on the call.

On site the technician tests the door under power and by hand, checks the springs, cables, track alignment and opener, then quotes one fixed price before touching a spanner. The price covers parts and labour, so it will not move once work begins. There is no call-out fee whether you go ahead or decide to think about it.

Repaired, tested and warranted the same visit
Most repairs finish in the same visit because the vans carry torsion springs, cables, rollers, remotes and common opener boards. Once the part is in we re-balance the door, reset the opener travel and force limits, test the safety reversal and run the door through several full cycles with you watching. Parts and workmanship carry a 12-month warranty.
