We are based in Morley and we fix garage doors across Perth. That is the whole business. We do not sell new doors, so nobody here has a reason to tell you yours is beyond saving when it is not.

What we do
We repair and service garage doors and openers: springs, cables, drums, tracks, rollers, panels, motors, logic boards, remotes, keypads and safety sensors. If a component has failed we replace that component. If an opener is genuinely finished we will fit a new one — but we will tell you why first.
What we do not do is build or install new doors from scratch. That is a different trade with different lead times, and pretending otherwise is how a same-day repair turns into a three-week wait. If your door is past economical repair we will say so plainly and point you to someone who fits new doors.
Why there is no call-out fee
A call-out fee turns every job into an argument about whether the visit was worth it. We would rather turn up, look at the door properly, tell you what it needs and what it costs, and let you make the call. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing. That is not a promotion — it is just how we work.
How we price
You get a fixed price before anything is touched. Not an hourly rate that grows while we work, and not an estimate that changes once the panel is off. If we find something else wrong once we are in there, we stop and tell you before we do anything about it.
Where we work
Based in Morley and covering every suburb within roughly 30 minutes' drive — north to Joondalup, south to Canning Vale, east to Midland and west to the coast. Being based in Morley is what makes same-day realistic across that spread — most of the metro area is inside half an hour of the depot.

You pay for the repair, not for the drive. We quote on site at no charge, and if you decide not to proceed there is nothing to pay.

The quote you get on the doorstep is the amount on the invoice. No hourly creep, no parts mark-up added later, and no work starts until you have said yes to a number.

B&D, Merlin, Steel-Line, Gliderol, Chamberlain, Centurion, Danmar and the rest. Roller, sectional, tilt and commercial shutters all get the same treatment, including doors well past their warranty.
Fully insured technicians
Every technician carries public liability cover and works to Australian Standards. That matters most on torsion spring and cable jobs, where the stored energy is enough to cause serious injury.
12-month parts and labour warranty
Parts and labour are covered for 12 months. If the same fault returns inside that window we come back and sort it out, and you are not charged again.

We dispatch from Morley and give you an arrival window you can plan around, not a vague all-day wait. Most jobs booked before early afternoon are attended the same day, and we ring ahead when the van is roughly twenty minutes out. If a genuine same-day slot is not possible we say so on the call.

Repaired, tested and warranted the same visit
Most repairs finish in the same visit because the vans carry torsion springs, cables, rollers, remotes and common opener boards. Once the part is in we re-balance the door, reset the opener travel and force limits, test the safety reversal and run the door through several full cycles with you watching. Parts and workmanship carry a 12-month warranty.
